After pressure canner cooled down and the button could be pushed down with no pressure on it. I took of the lid and within 5 minutes removed quarts, they were still bubbling but not overflowing or anything, water was clean, I removed them and they sealed within 30 minutes but are still bubbling hours later?????? Can you use this method for any type squash? I have cooked , mashed and canned pumpkins for years and had no problem ,everyone is still alive.
