The first stop in Hanoi was excellent with good accommodations and everything was open. One highlight was the cooking class we took that introduced us to fresh Vietnamese cooking and shopping at the markets. We also took a day trip to Tam coc which was great.
On each step of the way we dealt with Liliana who made sure our trip went smoothly, despite the difficulty of travel during the threat of the Covid virus. She helped us re-arrange our itinerary and had incredible patience as we substituted a few new activities.
